Netrounds’ customers are very satisfied with our service, according to the results of our customer survey for 2012. We are proud to have achieved a customer satisfaction index of 4.22 (max = 5), which clearly indicates that we are indeed doing really well.

Our customer satisfaction survey is conducted each year to find out how our customers perceive us and the service we deliver, the value it provides them with, as well as what they would like to see from us in the future. We use the results as a basis for the future development of our business.

The support we offer is highly appreciated among our customers, 95% considered our support to be good or excellent (55% responded excellent), which is a result we are very proud of. We will continue to work hard to offer our customers the best possible product and support.
