We are on the lookout for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager for Americas.
This role will be based in North America.
What will you accomplish?
You will be responsible to build and grow relationships with telecom service providers globally. The role includes direct sales to operators as well as management of, and support to, industry leading partners within the NFV ecosystems that integrate and sell Netrounds.
In your role you will identify and evaluate prospects for Netrounds test and assurance solutions and develop them together with Solution Architects. You will actively drive and develop the Netrounds business on the assigned markets and accounts to secure the achievement of our targets, to contribute to the overall growth of Netrounds as a company
By understanding Netrounds portfolio and the operator environment, you will be able to explain to customers how they can improve their business by using Netrounds. By being updated on our competitor’s solutions you will also be able to explain to customers why Netrounds is a better and more innovative choice. and future-proof solution.
Sales and Experience Requirements
As a person you show excellent drive and persistence. You are result orientated and have a structured and analytical approach to handling customer demands and challenges. It is important that you can build successful relations and have the ability to influence and develop commitment for the Netrounds portfolio.
You have minimum 5 years’ experience from Sales, Business Development or Product Management, which has given you a good understanding of the telecom operators’ and federal agencies’ business and challenges.
In addition, you will have some of the following skills:
- Sound business acumen
- Strong operator understanding from an operational environment.
- Network testing, performance monitoring, orchestration and service assurance
- Technology understanding of IP, Ethernet, IPTV, NFV/SDN and Cloud
- Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
Our official company language is American English, so you must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing. For this role it is a preferred that you are fluent in one or more of the following languages:
Travelling in the region is required.
- University degree, preferably M. Sc. and/or MBA
