- The main reasons for selecting Netrounds instead of other competitive products was that it represents a really good balance between functionality and ease of use.

The simplicity in handling of the probes was important to us since the probes are continuously moved around between different networks. The broad range of testing functions in Netrounds makes it possible for us to make a really comprehensive network verification. Especially the possibility to perform both load testing and long term stability testing is important to us.

The support from Absilion has been really good all along. When we have missed some test functions, or have had requests regarding design and reporting capabilities, this has been favorably received. - We chose Netrounds since it is a really powerful and easy-to-use system for network testing and troubleshooting.

We use Netrounds´ measuring capabilities to troubleshoot issues where we can not directly tell where the fault lies. Netrounds BBQ function is used to give customers a fair opportunity to measure their throughput themselves, which also saves time for us. We also intend to build SLA statistics at all of our nodes, in order to have a "baseline", and a starting point for troubleshooting.

One of the really big advantages of Netrounds is Absilion´s responsiveness and support. Measurements in all its forms many times requires experience for the evaluation of measurement results, and for this Absilion has been a very helpful resource. It is always difficult to measure the direct customer benefits in quality-enhancing measures. For us, however, measurements have solved problems that we otherwise could not find within a reasonable time, which in turn had degraded customer experience. Customer satisfaction is what we live on.
