What performance do your end-users get? Perform speed testing by using test package Browser-based Quicktest (BBQ).
Test package BBQ enables network speed testing from an ordinary web browser towards your active Genalyzer probes inside your network.

End-users initiate speed tests when problems surface
Once you activated BBQ on one or several of your probes, your end users can use their web browser to initiate TCP performance tests to provide results on bandwidth, response times and packet loss. All measurement results are stored in a database and available in your Netrounds service.
Overview and statistics
Netrounds helps you analyze the executed BBQ tests. You select a time interval and Netrounds gives you a quick overview of all results, and indicates which have exceeded your defined thresholds. You can also specify different thresholds, which can be applied for users in different regions in your network.
For each executed speed test, Netrounds stores the measurement results in a time resolution as detailed as one second.
Basis for further troubleshooting
Your end-users provide valuable information for a first analysis. If some measurements show unexpected results, this gives you a good indication on where to focus your future efforts in pinpointing the real problem.
A natural next step is to continue working with the test package ”Performance” for a deeper investigation.
